Aikuiskoulutushanke TrainyFly (2022-1-LV01-KA210-ADU-000084264) tarjoaa aikuisopettajille mahdollisuuden kehittyä digitaitojen verkkokouluttajana ja aikuisopiskelijoillemahdollisuuden kehittää digitaitojaan verkossa. Hankkeessa luodaan suomenkielinen verkkokoulutusalusta ja sille 10-15 digitaitojen kurssia. Oppija saa alustalla kannustusta ja ammattimaista tukea, jotta oppimisen motivaatio säilyy korkeana ja digitaidot kehittyvät. Oppimisalusta on saavutettava ja huomioi erilaisten oppijoiden tarpeet. Täten vahvistetaan oppijoiden työllistymismahdollisuuksia. Hanketta rahoittaa osin Erasmus+ -ohjelma ja sen partnerimaat Suomen lisäksi ovat Latvia, Italia, Kreikka ja Kypros. Hanke on kaksivuotinen 2022-2024.
TrainyFly project (2022-1-LV01-KA210-ADU-000084264) focuses on creating online teaching and learning opportunities among citizens and generations – the courses will be offered to all people and generations, by specially targeting, yet not limiting them to the people with fewer opportunities in terms of education, long-term employed persons, people with disabilities and refugees, especially Ukraine. Special benefit will be the psychological support and professional guidance provided for the target group members in order to motivate their further development and growth, and better integration into labour market. The project is funded, in part, by Erasmus+ program. Partner countries include also Latvia, Italy, Greece and Cyprus. Project duration is two years, 2022-2024.
